Sorry, some of the pics are blurry as I had to get my camera out of its pouch before Displaced Mike got his quad on all four wheels again...
Other photos are grainy because it was pretty dark in the forest and we had to brighten them.

We all met at the gatehouse on Burma Road in the rain. We had eleven quads in total.

We rode a few miles up Burma Road to Rockwell (I think its called), passed through the gate with our key, and headed up the mountain a few more miles. We then took one of the trails that does a loop and returns back to the main road. Some of the guys had a tough time making it through this trail, but there was no damage as of yet.

We went back up the main road a few more miles and accessed the trail that leads to McNutt (Blue Mountain). I was surprised by the reaction of some of the guys about the first trail, and they were hoping that this next trail would be easier. It wasn't. We made our way through the easy part of the trail; then it got a little tougher.

Once we were all on the McNutt side of the road, we decided to turn and come back though the trail we just came in on, not knowing our way around McNutt at all, and being it was all just gravel roads from there (and what fun is that?).

Coming back was a little different for some. The trail was tight, uphill, with lots of stumps and roots. Lots of deep holes made for a lot of winching, and a lot of pride being swallowed. I even saw a un-named red Kodiak laying on its side, oh, and I heard that a Polaris sustained some damage. Lots of winching and bridge building.

Note from Canucklehead: I was standing beside Tom, wearing the yellow banana suit. He was trying to get his quad turned around in a really tight spot between trees, a couple of boulders and big stumps. He was getting pitched at different angles, so he backed up kinda hard, and suddenly his quad went onto it's nose and he went flying over the handlebars and landed on his FEET!! It was hilarious, because he wasn't hurt at all, and the Grizz was still standing there, upright!

Once through all the tough parts, we were back to the main gravel road where we found another trail that led to a makeshift camp that somebody made had up. After that it was back to the trucks and home for a hot shower.

All in all it was a pretty decent ride; no injuries and not too much damage.

Note from Greg: Once you're at the McNutt side, there's all kinds of rock crawling that can be done, accessable from the powerline trail.
