Snow Riding at Norrish Creek

Mission area

January 15/05

Written by Rich

Here's a couple of pics from Saturday's ride up the Norrish Creek area near Mission. I was out with my son, his friend and a couple of my buds. The young ones wanted to do a little snow skating, which is basically a skateboard without wheels.

Lots of snow and excitement, including a minor coolant leak on the Polaris. I was able to give my new Hot Grips a thorough testing, and I agee with all the guys that this is the first upgrade anyone should do. I don't think I could have been out all day without them.

A beautiful day for riding despite the -8 degrees C temperature. Who knows what that works out to when you're doing 50 km/h? LOL.
